Job description

Established security company is seeking a confident Human Resources / Recruiting Admin, responsible for assisting Administrative and HR staff with, data entry, the flow of correspondence, processing of DCJS fingerprinting, DCJS compliance, employee training scheduling, as well as additional administrative duties. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinates employee training schedules in order to stay DCJS compliant.
• Assists with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
• Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, seminars, uniform returns, and department activities for all members of the business office.
• Processes new hires including paperwork, data entry, videos and finger-printing.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company locations, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Serves as back-up to uniform contact including issuing, repairs, returns and inventory.
• Assists HR Manager with HR related duties and special projects.
• Perform any other duties, as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Possession of strong organizational skills and solid computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Posses exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work collectively with all levels of employees
• Ability to multi-task effectively and ability to manage time well
• Commitment to the objectives of the company
