Talent Acquisition Manager

Full-Time/Salary/Exempt

Summary- The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the development, management, and execution of talent acquisition strategies and processes for Intercept Youth Services. The Talent Acquisition Manager ensures a talented pool of candidates, proper candidate vetting, and an exceptional candidate experience. The position manages the day-to-day recruiting activities and supports other company onboarding processes and intiatives.

Education- Bachelor degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university highly preferred. Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Capital Institute (HCI) certification preferred.

Experience- At least 5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsbilities-

  • Leads and develops a talent team of Talent Liaisons to ensure a consistent full cycle recruiting and selection model that includes: sourcing, pre-screening, face-to-face interviews, selection and reference checking, and early onboarding
  • Consults with business units and support leaders by implementing proactive recruiting strategies, that ensures position prioritization, captures and reports employment and other reporting data, and that improves assigned onboarding processes
  • Leads, plans, and implements innovative sourcing activities that locates the best qualified candidates through traditional and non-traditional methods. Works with other Intercept staff responsible for job fairs, networking, college recruitment, and internship placement
  • Looks for ways to provide an enhanced candidate experience. Works with Business Development to create collateral and other marketing material that positions Intercept as the "Employer of Choice".
  • Accountable for file compliance by making sure that pre-hire paperwork is "review ready" at all times. Reviews consistently all federal, state, local, regulatory, and industry best practices to recommend, develop, and implement needed recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Creates standard operating procedures and controls that provides ongoing support for current and future Talent Liaisons. Utilizes feedback from candidates, staff, managers, licensing groups, and the Compliance Department to improve Intercept recruitment.
  • Optimizes relationships with recruitment vendors. Ensures prime pricing, world class service delivery of services, and timely payment submittal.

Supervisory Responsbilities- This position directly supervises the Recruitment and Administrative staff

Certificates, Licenses, Registration- Valid driving record, safe automobile, and current and sufficient auto insurance. SHRM or HCI certification preferred.
