Responsibilities:
Job Summary:

The contractor shall provide technical, logistics and program management services for Programs of Record (POR) and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) efforts. These services span the entire system lifecycle from concept to initial fielding and transition or de-fielding. Conducts evaluations, prepares reports and plans for employment of these QRCs.

The contractor shall provide recommendations and draft documentation for acquisition logistics functions during the development, production, and sustainment phases of the logistics lifecycle for Army systems and related components.

The contractor shall provide recommendations and draft documentation for the following products (not all inclusive): Urgent Material Release, Training Circulars (TC) Material Fielding Plan (MFP), Source Approval Request (SAR), Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and overall configuration management for defined Army system baselines and evolutionary systems.

Job Responsibilities:

The contractor's services shall include acquisition logistics activities for CONUS/OCONUS delivery; issue and movement of system and material; Total Package Fielding and New Equipment Training (NET).

Provides support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked.

Determines maintenance and repair materials and standards required for deployment.

Develops requisitions for and manages records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; tracks logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; reviews configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; documents equipment, component and parts conditions; and identifies logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support lifecycle of product.

Qualifications:
Required:

10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Active & Current TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Requires knowledge of the Federal Supply System, Army Enterprise System Integration (AESIP), the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR), Global Command and Control System (GCCS-Army), and Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).

Should also be familiar with AR 700-142 Type Classification and Material Release and fundamentals of AR 700-127 Integrated Product Support.

Desired Experience:

Have 3 or more years supporting DoD ACAT level programs and/or Quick Reaction Capability Efforts.

DAWIA Level II or greater in Life Cycle Logistics.

Have 3 or more years as Property Book Officer (PBO).
