Role responsibilities
Events:
• Project Management - Plan, Organize, and Coordinate the National Parts and Service Managers meeting working in conjunction with Travel& Events dept.
• Plan, Organize and Coordinate Aftersales team events and meetings
• Plan, Organize and coordinate Regional Aftersales incentive trips/meetings
• Facilitate the coordination and support of cross departmental meetings and events at the National, Regional and Local levels
• Responsible for the creative, budgeting, communication, planning and logistical elements of successful event production
Communications:
• Develop, plan and implement weekly and monthly Field and Dealer communication
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and communications as directed
• Facilitate the annual Carlisle Service & Parts Managers Satisfaction Survey (PMSS) communication process from stakeholders' meetings, to field training, to ongoing dealer and field communication
Develop field operations team training materials for in-dealer support to improve Parts and Service Managers Satisfaction
• Present key business initiatives during periodic webinars to field team
• Prepare and develop executive level presentations and reports for upper management
• Maintain and updated After Sales files and folders on the Hub
• Maintains and updates After Sales files and folders in VINNIE
• Maintain and distribute Corporate Aftersales Directory
Accessory and Lifestyle Marketing
• Support corporate growth & revenue objectives for accessories and lifestyle collection
• Support creative development, advertising, marketing surveys, in-dealership and online promotions, point-of-sale, press releases, SEMA presence, etc.
• Support and communicate with Regional staff to create and implement After Sales initiatives and special initiatives/events
• Prepare business plans to support marketing initiatives and manage budgets for on-going projects
• Support accessory sales in eCommerce platform into tier I, tier II, and tier III sites
• Oversee accessory and lifestyle public-facing websites and content - i.e. integration of content into dealer websites, internally-hosted vs. brand-hosted
• Perform appropriate analysis of e-commerce opportunities, competition and results
• Manage assigned budget while consistently seeking revenue and cost optimization
• Work across marketing department and internal groups to ensure accessories collection is well represented
• Assist with the development of accessory social media content
• Manage & track performance KPI metrics
