Northrop Grumman is in need of Security for the Visitor Center at Al Udeid Airbase, Qatar. Our team is chartered to provide support to the Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron to support operations.
This position will report directly to the AFCENT Support Services Site Manager with dual reporting to the squadron commander at Al Udeid Airbase, Qatar.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for issuing, controlling, and accounting for DoD and Air Force accountable forms to include AF Form 1199, Restricted Area Badge.
Tracks all restricted area badges issued, lost, or destroyed and the secure to secure travel pass program.
Oversees Visitor Control Center operations and ensures proper issuance of all Third Country National exchange badge credentials.
Enforce laws and regulation concerning installation access.
Use suspension, revocation, barment rosters, and other listings controlling entry and exit to the installation.
Receives information on any development or condition relative to the security of the wing and implements appropriate security countermeasures.
Review all authenticated entry authority lists for entry requests for large, pre-arranged functions.
Assist with the coordination of distinguished visitor entry.
Alerts control centers of any unusual situation in the area.
Position offers - Base Salary , DOS Uplifts, Overtime in accordance Host Nation Laws
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional related experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience required in Security Access Control or Similar Security Experience.
Current Secret Clearance.
Obtain a Valid US Driver's License prior to deployment.
Obtain a US Passport prior to deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in the concepts and principles of Air Base Ground Defense.
Skilled in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve the security program for the installation.
Results-oriented and resilient outlook.
Strong relationship-building, managerial, and collaborative skills.
Working knowledge of the USAF Security Force Career Field operations to ensure execution of the task order.
Basic Graduate of the Air Force Security Forces Academy.
Salary Range: 41600 - 43680
