About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with recruiters to perform a variety of operational/administrative activities related to recruiting new employees. The individual will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to recruiters by posting open positions to approved job boards and internet sites and assisting with special projects as assigned
  • Provide candidates with information on the company and the hiring process
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for internal and external candidates
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate day of interview logistics for candidate and hiring managers
  • Coordinates completion of background screening for pending job candidates by initiating and monitoring the process
  • Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, notifying various department of employee's starting date
  • Perform ongoing data entry, track resumes, and maintain the resume database (Workday)
  • Assist with writing job descriptions, interview guides and employment ads
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
  • Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for internal and external candidates
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting and HR activities as needed


Education/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • One (1) year of recruiting, HR, or general administrative experience
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through internally and externally in order to provide a positive candidate experience
