Overview:
As an Intermediate Engineer, Associate you will have a unique opportunity in support of NAVSEA PMS 443, Bridge Integration Project, front-facing SES Level government personnel for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will be assigned as part of our technical work force to support Naval fleet readiness and ship modernization.

This is a fully funded position!

Responsibilities:
Regularly practice business acumen and perform assigned program tasks in terms of quality, cost control, and achievement of technical, schedule, performance and contractual objectives

Keep upper management informed regarding program status and any technical, cost, schedule, or administrative problems within assigned programs

Establish, maintain, and promote good customer relationships; ensure the coordination of work tasks with customer representatives; and ensure customers are informed on status and progress of assigned technical programs

Provides engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline required to meet technical requirements.

Makes recommendations and advises on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts.

Performs risk assessments and analysis employing modeling and simulation techniques.

Use appropriate tools and applications to communicate data, trends, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and succinct manner.

In coordination with other Analyst, prepare and/or conduct briefings to senior government officials.

Work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or relevant field with a minimum of 4 years in engineering or related field

Must have advanced proficiency in Power-Point and Excel.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and/or Primavera

Applicants selected for this position will require an active DoD Secret clearance, and background screening. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Program Office experience preferred

Experience with Government Contracting preferred
