This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Compensation professional who enjoys strategy and process design, solving business challenges, and is excited by the opportunity to build a compensation program from the ground up.

What you will do:
  • Lead our compensation program, process and policy design through strategy, planning, development, and implementation.
  • Research and understand the current and upcoming competitive markets for employee pay, and develop and implement new compensation programs, policies and procedures to align with the companys goals and competitive practices.
  • Research, analyze, and submit market data, and evaluate salary ranges.
  • Develop and manage data, metrics, reporting and tools.
  • Analyze our compensation data to ensure compensation programs are fair and equitable.
  • Maintain and advise others on compliance with SOX, internal policies, and local labor laws.
  • Fulfill auditing and reporting requirements and ensure all programs meet internal controls and data integrity requirements in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Legal and the HR team.
  • Support critical M&A integration activities such as transitioning organizations from anniversary to focal point merit process.
  • Enable leaders to make equitable compensation decisions and have productive pay conversations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to research and formulate recommendations on internal and external employment offers, promotions, job leveling and internal equity adjustments through the use of salary data.
  • Lead the annual merit process from start to completion, including merit recommendation approvals.
  • Design Promotion and Out of Cycle Salary Adjustment processes.
  • Design reward and recognition programs in collaboration with business line leaders that are consistent with the organizations compensation philosophy.
  • Champion our culture and build positive, effective relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
  • 10+ years of overall experience in Compensation with some of the experience in support of a government contractor
  • Working knowledge of all federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills and demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint
  • Advanced data analysis skills
  • Ability to work remotely (Occasional business travel to corporate offices may be requested.)
  • By January 4, 2022, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as an accommodation.
What we'd like you to have:
  • Experience in a compensation management role for a public company, as well as experience in government contracting.
  • Expertise in deferred compensation programs including plan design, LTI, STI, and overall compensation strategy.
  • CCP Certification (Certified Compensation Professional)
  • M&A Integration experience in the areas of compensation
  • Track record of regular interaction with senior-level executives and driving company-wide initiatives
  • Strong relationship builder, who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Flexible with service mindset, eager to identify appropriate solutions to business challenges
