Responsibilities
Member of the Guidehouse Federal Contracts team responsible for performing critical contract formation and administration of contract functions.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Guidehouse's public sector program teams with full lifecycle contract administration, including but not limited to, reviewing solicitations to identify potential risks, assisting in proposal development, examining, analyzing, negotiating contract terms and conditions, revising contract modifications/ proposals, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, and the closeout of US Government contracts and subcontracts. Professionals at Guidehouse may be subject to a government security investigation.
Qualifications
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a contracts professional in the Federal government marketplace
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge Preferred:
- Proven work experience as a Contract Administrator
- Experience working with GSA and GWACs contracts as well as large and complex Federal Government contracts;
- Experience negotiating terms and conditions with NDA, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and Prime Contracts; and
- Experience with government contract close-outs and responds to request for information in the possession of the government contracts department.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and civilian agency FAR Supplement provisions.
