Job description

NextGen Global Resources, LLC. is the leading provider in supplying staffing solutions for some of the largest names in the Telecommunications & Information Technology industries.

Job Duties

    • Perform data entry for the company's HR systems.
    • Complete I-9 forms for new hires.
    • Submit E-Verify for new hires.
    • Perform annual I-9 audit.
    • Submit background investigations, provide updates to the team and request supporting documentation from new hires.
    • Perform invoice reconciliation for background investigations.
    • Sending exit interview survey links to departing employees.
    • Responsible for LMS administration and tracking.
    • Respond to employment verifications.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
    • Associates' Degree in human resources, or related field. Bachelor's Degree is preferred
    • 0 - 3 months' experience in human resources, or related field
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
