Iron Mountain is seeking an Executive Search Coordinator to join our Executive Search Team! The Executive Search Coordinator is an integral member of the Executive Search Team and provides support and partnership throughout the recruitment process. She/he will be responsible for driving and leading a positive candidate experience through closely interacting with leadership, search partners, and candidates to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and co create update reports, strategy documents and candidate profiles in collaboration with Executive Search
- Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
- Support and partner with internal & external search partners, leadership and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Accountable for owning and driving pre and post hire/ onboarding activities for key hires
- Support with miscellaneous projects related to recruitment, employment branding and cross functional initiatives
- Triage inquiries and connect employees and candidates to the right subject matter expert when necessary
- General administrative work as needed
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and several years of related experience to include internships, ideally in Human Resources or Executive Recruitment
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage time in a face-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to ensure the accuracy of highly detailed and confidential information
- Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency
- Effective Communication skills, both verbally and written
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google email and calendars
- Positive attitude, able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Administrative/ Coordinator recruiting experience preferably supporting Executive Search.
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills/orientation.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen and ask pertinent questions.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS/HRMS and/or ATS systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Interest in learning recruitment function.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
