A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECRUITER and EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST

  • High volume recruiting for Personal Care Assistants/Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Lead the recruitment activities for the office by developing and initiating a recruitment strategy
  • Provide organization and oversight of assigned personnel activities
  • Perform tasks necessary in hiring field employees, by conveying our Mission, Vision, and Values
  • Responsible for core Human Resource elements
  • Make appropriate decisions and judgment calls
  • Support on-call as needed
  • Distributes paychecks weekly as needed and assist with employee file expiration details
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Administrator and job description

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent, preferred with work-related experience; medical or telephone experience helpful
  • Satisfactory reference from prior employer
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Works collaboratively with others
  • Possess proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Comfortable relating to all levels of employees

We would welcome a candidate who has some healthcare experience, but this is not essential if you can offer a solid record and back ground in high volume recruiting.
