Senior Human Resources Business Partner

What you'll do:

  • Establish and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Act as an advisor to business partners, assisting in determining the best solutions to complex business and people obstacles
  • Innovate in a way that that provides new solutions to current and emerging challenges
  • Understand what a "Great Place to Work" looks like and take the necessary steps to make it happen
  • Serve as a confidant, providing information and resources to employees in need
  • Help and coach leaders with their people concerns
  • Be an expert with people processes and procedures
  • Model behaviors that align with company values
  • Intuitively understand priorities and where your focus needs to be placed

Some things that will make you a stand-out candidate:

  • 8+ years Human Resources leadership experience at the Business Partner level in a manufacturing environment
  • Has established effective working relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Understands and has demonstrated that effective communication is a two-way street using this approach well in different ways and with differing employee groups
  • Has developed and implemented initiatives that engage employees in a way that led to a better employee experience
  • Provided thought leadership, innovates and willing to challenge the conventional wisdom
  • Understands HR excellence, has delivered on it and knows how this makes a business a Great Place to Work
  • Understands and can deliver on the regulatory and legal part of the job
  • Solving people problems in ways that supports the business and ensures that employees are treated in a respectful way regardless of the outcome
  • Experienced with HR tools such as HRMS, ATS and time and attendance systems
  • Has delivered tangible and measurable results to different employee groups
  • Prefer a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Seeking a career path that includes assuming future responsibility and potential leadership for the HR team
