Job description

Brillient is seeking a Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Specialist provide quality assurance, analytic, and program management support for internal (TSA/ESVP) stakeholders. Will work with a diverse team of contractors supporting key government personnel as well as senior leadership . This is a telework position; however, applicants must have proximity to Springfield, VA.

Job Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Assist the government by maintaining and updating program/project management plans and associated documents including the following: Charters, Work Breakdown Structures, Integrated Master Schedules and subordinate schedules, Communications Plans, Change Management Plans, Risk/Issues Management Plans and Registers, Quality Management Plans and Quality Standards/Acceptance Criteria, Performance Management Plans and Performance Metrics, Resource/Staffing Plans, Cost Estimates/Budgets, Configuration Management Plans, and Transition Plans.
● Prepare, submit, implement, manage, maintain, and update a detailed Quality Control Plan. Document the methodology, standards, and acceptance criteria to be used to verify that delivered products/services and individual orders satisfy contractual agreements, meet TSA quality standards, and comply with TSA project-specific processes and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's Degree.
● 4 years of technical experience to assist in the evaluation, measurement, and support of processes relating to quality assurance/control and applicable metrics.
● Effective organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail.
● Proficiency working with MS Office Suite.
● Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong background in quality assurance and quality control.
● Experience with data analysis and visualization.
● Experience drafting reports and briefing stakeholders.
● Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
● Ability to work independently and as part of team.
● Possess US Citizenship.
● Ability to obtain a Government Public Trust security clearance.

PREFERRED QULIFICATIONS
● Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
● Previous experience working or supporting Federal Government projects.
● Active TSA or DHS Public Trust clearance.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for office machine operation; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, mobility to complete errands or deliveries. Must be able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time. Stress can be triggered by multiple demands and deadlines. Must occasionally lift and/or move items that weigh up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
