What You'll Get to Do:
CACI has an immediate need for a Business/Systems Analyst who will serve as an important member of a Cloud Migration Study team in support of the Department of the Navy and the United States Marine Corps. The project team is tasked with reviewing existing requirements for the Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSSS-MC) and analyzing various potential cloud hosts. The selected candidate will be a key contributor in gathering system requirements, ensuring compliance with requirements in each report, ensuring deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule, and coordinating activities between the Government and the rest of the project team. This position will require fundamental business skills such as data entry and data analysis but will also involve direct coordination with the Government customer and therefore, demands strong communication and writing skills. The role is dynamic and will require a candidate that is able to work productively and efficiently in a team-oriented environment, is open to stretch assignments, and can handle a variety of tasks at once.
More About the Role:
* Provide support for project management and business analysis, with a focus on requirements-gathering and documentation
* Engage Marine Corps leadership to help understand and capture business needs and requirements
* Provide data analysis expertise in support of business priorities and objectives
* Facilitate collaboration across the team to ensure requirements are well understood and documented
* Assist with customer management & communication efforts to ensure successful CDRL delivery in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
* Work closely with other team members, to include technical staff
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
* 2+ years of related experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
* Exceptional communication and writing skills
* Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Must be able to obtain a favorable NACI or NACLC background investigation.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
* Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes
* Experience in Agile
* Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $54,900-$109,800. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
