Location: Stafford County, VA
Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Recruiting Specialist (English/Spanish Bilingual Req.) Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Recruiting Specialist with a "can-do" attitude to add to their team in Stafford County, Virginia. This diverse position focuses on sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem-solving and working with site leadership on improving internal processes to attract and retain employees. To succeed in this role you must be a hands-on individual, with fluency in English and Spanish, that creates a welcoming and engaging culture. Recruiting Specialist (English/Spanish Bilingual Req.) Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a recruiting strategy
• Attend job fairs and networking events
• Screen employment applications and review background check reports
• Conduct first-round interviews and identify qualified candidates
• Schedule second-round interviews for the hiring manager
• Onboard new hires
• Build long-term relationships with employees at all levels
• Support training, development, and career programs
• Create monthly reports on recruiting, development, and retention metrics
• Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition and engagement activities
• Assist with personnel and employee relations matters

Recruiting Specialist (English/Spanish Bilingual Req.) Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• English and Spanish fluency required
• I-9 form and application processing experience preferred
• Previous employee engagement experience is a plus
• Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
• Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes preferred
• Occasionally start late and work until 8pm to connect with 2nd shift employees required
• Reliable transportation required
