Our Client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Midlothian, VA.
Role Description
The Recruiter position will partner with supervisors and managers to anticipate and meet the growing needs of the workforce delivering top talent for company. This full life-cycle Recruiter is responsible for establishing effective working relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and potential talent through effective communication and collaboration. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and providing strong talent to fulfill the emerging hiring needs. This person understands the role and provides key contributions to the overall growth and success of company The Recruiter will prepare and deliver strategies to help forecast and develop key recruitment initiatives.
This individual performs all aspects of recruitment including researching, screening applications and resumes, pulling and reviewing credit reports; and interpreting appropriateness of credit history, administering standard and non-standard assessments and interpreting results of test scores, interviewing non-exempt and exempt level positions as needed, referring candidates for job openings; partnering, advising, consulting and developing recruitment strategies with hiring managers; making offers to selected candidates; supports the maintenance of tracking reports for area goals, and ensuring that all documentation of recruitment is completed in a timely manner.
This person acts as one of the system administrators for the applicant tracking system; manages employees seeking to apply for, amend, renew or surrender licensing for National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) to ensure compliance of SAFE Act; and serves as backup for employee relations issues. The Recruiter II is responsible for on-boarding of new hires which includes supporting the Senior Recruiter with any adjustments or last-minute coordination of location, management updates or presentation. This person is able to conduct New Hire Orientation as a teammate or solo as needed. Other responsibilities include working on special project teams as needed, conducting workshops on HR-related topics, conducting employee surveys, pulling reports and interpreting the data, reporting on data and making recommendations based on findings to create and retain best practices.
Skills & Requirements
• 3+ years Full Life Cycle Recruiter
• Must have ATS Experience or a similar Candidate Database tracking system
• Experience extending and negotiating offers to successfully close candidates
