Job description

Essential Functions:

Haulotte provides customers the ability to finance the purchase of Haulotte equipment using Haulotte Financial Services (HFS). Haulotte partners with financial institutions to prepare our offering, including different financial products (loan, leases, floor plan, export finance), and the HFS Manager overviews the entire process end to end.

While managing the relationship and programs in place with partner financial institutions, the HFS Manager will be closely working with Haulotte sales force and deeply involved in the sales process as the financing of our construction equipment is part of Haulotte go-to-market strategy.

Essential Functions:

  • Promoting financing solutions to our customers using the partnerships built between HFS and leasing institutions
  • Facilitating the closing of deals between our customers and our financial partners
  • Provide information to sales force on how to use Haulotte Financial Services Solutions as a tool in a sale
  • Helping HFS promote and export finance solutions to customers
  • Work with HFS Central and sales force to promote Haulotte Financial Services solutions.
  • Centralize HFS reporting by reviewing monthly sales data
  • Provide financial input to commercial structuring and negotiation process to ensure contracts can support financing commitments
  • Lead financing transactions from beginning to end, collaborating closely with partners, sales work force and central Haulotte Financial Service management, legal and finance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have all of the skills listed above plus the following:

  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position or in a financial institution.
  • Familiarity with Export Credit Agencies and Development Financing Institutions
  • Outstanding communication, networking, negotiating, and interpersonal skills
  • Should be results driven and motivated in achieving goals.
  • Should be sales oriented and like travelling abroad.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) Preferred.
