Position Title: Business Systems Analyst III

Position Description: Protingent has an exciting contract opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst III with our client in Bellevue, Washington.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and creating comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability, for existing and new applications supporting various business channels.
• Understands how organizations function to accomplish their purpose, and defines capabilities an organization requires to provide a service or meet their goals.
• Facilitates communication between organizational units to align the needs of business units in order to create requirement work products for solution providers.
• Plans, directs and completes the analysis of business problems to be solved or product/services to be developed for delivery.
• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
• Assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for system or product/service related initiatives.
• Acts as liaison between the user community and internal IT resources. Plans, facilitates, and participates in working sessions with cross-functional resources.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 5 years relevant experience required.
• Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc):
  • Deep understanding of Adobe platform/product capabilities - with specific focus on Workfront platform capability/usability knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of MSFT PowerAutomate/platform capabilities (for automation & data flow).
  • Ability to use platforms like LucidChart, Office 365 Suite.
• Experience with process analysis, process streamlining, defining processes.
• Must be able to conform and speak the language of customers (marketers, business owners).
• Strong experience at translating real world scenarios into technical requirements.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous and quick to evolve environments.
• Great communication with team and partners; collaborative nature is a must!
• Ability to pull together impactful leadership level presentations and summaries.
• Ability to write technical documents.
