WHO YOU ARE

Prowess Consulting is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience. This role can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States; however, the work hours will be in the Pacific time zone.

This role schedules interviews, reviews and sources resumes and meets the needs of the business and the candidates. This position plays a critical role in ensuring administrative support for the talent acquisition team and candidate are met.


THE ROLE

· Work with talent acquisition team members to hiring managers, with timely follow-through

· Source for qualified talent on various websites and social media channels

· Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers across various time zones

· Increase the pool of candidates for the Recruiting team

· Manage and review the resumes received for multiple requirements

· Initiate and complete candidate reference checks

· Prioritize and coordinate work to ensure the needs of the recruiters, managers and candidates are met

· Handle other responsibilities and projects as requested

· Performs administrative support functions as necessary for the Recruiting team


QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordinator and/or administrative experience

· Bachelors/MBA degree in Human Resources preferred

· Exposure to the U.S hiring recruitment practices required

· Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent communication skills

· Attention to detail and excellent time management skills required

· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and be comfortable with change

· Collaborative team player and innovative solution solver

· Must have stellar organizational skills and be able to work with a level of ambiguity
