Position Summary:
As the HR/Administrator I you will provide administrative support to various department including supervisors, leads and staff. You will support recruitment, training, communications as well as filing, data entry processing. Supporting in the coordination of meetings and conferences, mailings and working on special projects as assigned. Also answer non-routine correspondence and work with highly confidential information, deal with diverse group of external callers and internal contacts at all levels within the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
* Supports Human Resources in all aspects of designing, implementation and monitors human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits. Equal opportunity and diversity, etc.
* Schedules and organizes complex activities such as establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and supporting meetings, conferences, and department activities for all departments.
* Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
* Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and answer customer calls.
* Support safety initiatives.
* Brand correspondence: copy, collate and prepare materials for mail or email distribution.
* Assist with the distribution of marketing materials.
* Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
* Provides customer service both on the phone and walk ins.
* Special and miscellaneous projects as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience you'll bring to our team:
* Two Years Human Resources experience is preferred, and two years administrative experience or equivalent is required. May require vocational training or the equivalent experience but does not require a university degree.
* Must have strong communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects.
* Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
* Work requires constant attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines and being extremely organized.
* Some analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.
* Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program manager and technology specialists.
Required Skills and Education:
* Computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk, hear, see, sit. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and use arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move a variety of materials.
