The Boeing Company is looking for a Financial Analyst based out of Everett, Washington.

This entry level position supports the 777X Program and is an excellent opportunity to support a key development program for Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). The ideal candidate would thrive within a dynamic environment and desire to learn. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to your success.

Position Responsibilities:

* Performs general analysis of resource forecasts and/or control account Estimates at Completion (EACs); financial EACs.

* Reconciles data from multiple sources and performs general support of: resource forecasts and/or EACs for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts programs.

* Extracts data and compiles routine performance reports and assists with preparing variance analyses.

* Develops and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses.

* Assists in developing business cases using appropriate indices.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)?

* 3+ years of experience performing variance analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (excel, outlook, word, etc.)

* Experience with Estimate at Completions (EACs)

* Experience presenting to leadership

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:
