Title: Incident/Problem/Change Manager
Location: Everett, WA (Day one Onsite)
Duration: Full Time Permanent
Job Description:
• Oversee and manage severity Incidents, Change and Problem management
• Managing all severity incidents including Major Incidents related to system and Infrastructure by coordinating and engaging the stakeholders, reporting, communication and metrics
• Lead the investigation of Problems, via root cause analysis following on from major severity Incidents or through proactive trend analysis in order to minimize or prevent future breaks in service. develop methods to programmatically identify the causes of recurring incidents, alerts, and noise in the environment
• This role will act as a key escalation point for all Problem management activity
• Management and coordination of all changes related to systems, applications and infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient handling of all production & COB changes in order to minimize the impact of change related incidents
• Chair CAB meetings - lead the discussion of technology changes with a focus on the change readiness, deployment plans, execution, resources, cross impacts and overall post support
• Preparing Weekly, monthly dashboards/reports
• SLA management, Knowledge management and CMDB Management
• Excellent communication skills including written communication
• Senior level experience with MS Office, MS Teams Skill managing bridges and related tools (WebEx, telephony) Comfortable communicating with senior and executive management Solid presentation skills
• Senior level technical skillset Experience with analysing data and preparing reports
• ITIL Foundation Certification is must
