GENERAL SUMMARY
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our growing team! The Talent Acquisition Recruiter should have the desire to grow as a recruiter, be confident & coachable, have a professional phone presence, have the ability to build and sustain professional relationships and be flexible while working in a changing and growing business. The Recruiter's primary goals and objectives will be focused on meeting or exceeding the organizations' hiring objectives. The Recruiter is part of a high-performing team providing proactive recruitment partnership and support of full-cycle recruiting. In this Recruiter role, you will be responsible for administering a variety of activities associated with the pre-employment selection and hiring process while in training to develop skills to be assigned as lead point-of-contact for future open Opportunities. Accountabilities will include recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm, involving a moderate degree of complexity. You will build relationships with internal and external candidates, hiring managers and outside resources/vendors to perform a variety of activities in support of the NAES Recruiting Team and the employment process.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Coordinate Intake calls with hiring managers, interview schedules; work with staff and candidates with various degrees of scheduling complexity
- Assist with scheduling phone screens and site interviews
- Screen potential candidates for interest level and availability
- Maintain a database of passive candidates for future opportunities
- Make travel arrangements including airfare, hotel and transportation; send itinerary information to candidates; reconcile candidate travel costs upon completion of trip
- Complete MSP Program and VMS Fieldglass onboarding tasks with hiring manager in the tool.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with new starts. Including electric onboarding, offer letters and Fieldglass employee submittals.
- Coordinate pre-employment physical exams & drug screens. Ensure that all required testing is completed satisfactorily prior to clearing candidates
- Coordinate all pre-employment background/reference checks
SPECIFIC SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Utilize Fieldglass (VMS - vendor management system) to work with open positions, submit candidates, respond to job postings and creating work orders for new starts.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects including requisition management, reporting on status and metrics, compliance with applicant flow activities, and effective communications with hiring managers and candidates.
- Articulate value proposition and benefits of working for NAES in a meaningful and accurate way to candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, Payroll, Accounting department, candidates, and peers within the recruiting team.
- Understand the strategies of the business and institute superior customer service skills to ensure an experience that is positive and establishes a good partnership.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or equivalent; additional education or recruiting certifications desired (i.e. AIRS)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of previous experience in a recruiting team environment desired
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing throughout the different organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Deadline driven
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; previous experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems desired
- Ability to use technology effectively and efficiently to manage workload

WORK CONDITIONS
Position is located in Issaquah, WA. Normal hours are 8-hour days Monday through Friday. Additional time and on-call support may be required during heavy work loads or to meet deadlines.
