Human Resources Manager

Location: Mukilteo, WA

Pay: Earn up to $80,000.00 per year, depending upon experience. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 6:00am-3:00pm; flexible schedule!

Responsibilities and qualifications include:

-A minimum of 5 years or more of HR experience

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Communicate effectively on the telephone, in person, and in written correspondence

-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately

-Full Cycle HR Duties

-Resume and interview management

-Process L&I Claims, including tracking and documentation management

-Coordinate light-duty jobs

-Propensity to work with highly sensitive information

-Prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately

-Detail-oriented and highly organized with proven follow-up capabilities

-Processes, verifies and maintains documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment, training, and on-boarding

-Responsible for posting open positions and applicant tracking

-Providing new-hire orientation, including reviewing safety, benefits, and compensation information

-Maintain personnel files
