As the leader within the Hard Services Vendor Management Team, you will manage supplier relationships to meet quality requirements, contracted performance standards and client expectations. Seeking a multi-tasking, highly technical and experienced expert to work closely with Facilities Management, Engineering and Sourcing teams to provide oversight of 3rd party services and corrective/preventative maintenance of key building systems and equipment. Hard services include equipment such as elevators, vertical roll-up doors, hoists and cranes and dock levelers.
Solution Delivery and Performance Management
* Lead a department within JLL and act as a technical lead for major facility systems and equipment.
* Manage large facilities service contracts including building maintenance, roofing, elevators, vehicles, custodial, and landscaping.
* Possess understanding of technical/engineering concepts to understand key contract requirements.
* Organize and lead Quality Business Reviews with the key vendors for select major systems.
* Manage multiple projects and assignments under significant time constraints and changing priorities.
* Apply client's quality requirements and performance standards to supplier's scope of work.
* Review and analyse supplier evaluations and technical reports. Proactively develop strategic solutions to prevent issue from reoccurring.
* Lead supplier cost reviews to align purchase orders, budgets and savings opportunities.
* Collaborate with facility managers and their teams to coordinate 3rd party services and repairs.
* Comply with all JLL and client SOP's for work execution. Develop vendor assessment processes to ensure supplier compliance with contract and quality expectations.
Customer Experience and Collaboration
* Primary liaison between JLL, external vendors, and JLL's client.
* Strong focus on client expectations. Collaborate with suppliers to develop solutions that result in an improved customer experience.
* Plan and coordinate multiple resources to respond to changing business conditions.
* Work both independently and in a team environment to drive results
* Lead work review meetings with vendors and team members during audit preparations to align priorities for successful audit outcomes.

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Reliability Engineering strongly preferred.
* Direct hands on knowledge of elevators and vertical roll-up and fire doors a significant plus.
* Experience in a work order management system such as Maximo a plus.
* 10+ years related work experience in engineering consulting, vendor program management, facilities management, hard services, soft services or procurement
* A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required
* Experience managing contracts, including developing of Scopes of Work and supplier performance assessment processes
* Possess excellent inter-personal skills. Able to balance competing priorities to deliver superior service and quickly resolve problems
* Best-in-class communication skills with multiple stakeholders-both verbal and written
* Top level PC skills. Experience with a CMMS system a plus. Proficiency in all MS applications required, especially Excel
* Project management experience a plus
