Job description

Perform and report waived and moderately complex laboratory tests in chemistry, hematology, and microbiology. Recognize problems, identify the cause (technical or instrumental) and make simple corrections by using preset strategies. Use and monitor quality control procedures within predetermined parameters. Performs all tasks in accordance with the Company's safety and compliance programs.

These shifts are 12 hour, rotating weekend shifts.

Night shift (3 avail): 1830 - 0600 with rotating weekends.

EDUCATION

  1. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

  2. Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population of patients served at LMC.

  3. Experience: 3years + of lab related experience to include 3 months of practicum gained in a clinical, hospital or lab setting.

  4. Required Certification: WA State MA-Phlebotomist

  5. Other:


SIGN ON BONUS:

  • $50,000 sign-on offered
