Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending placement of future team members by using creative methods. Under the direction of the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will execute strategies that anticipate and meet the evolving needs of McGee Air Services in support of our overarching goal to deliver best-in-class ground handling services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement overall recruiting strategy and execute the full lifecycle recruiting process
- In partnership with hiring managers and station leadership, develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs utilizing online and social media tools as well as traditional outlets (newspapers, job boards, etc.) as appropriate
- Proactively identify and participate in candidate sourcing opportunities to include online sourcing, social media, career fairs, and other outreach efforts to build a talent pipeline
- Ensure regulatory and company compliance in areas of applicant identification, screening, selection, offer, and pre-employment testing and record keeping for a variety of positions
- Utilize and maintain applicant tracking system and other databases as appropriate and provide support for users of the system
- Oversee the recruitment specialist position and ensure the completion of tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed
- Assist with timely completion of onboarding processes including all required paperwork, background checks, drug screening, security clearances, and relocation assistance services
- Serve as the initial point of contact and provide guidance to local station leadership and recruitment team members to ensure consistency and compliance with McGee's overall recruiting strategy, policies, and procedures
- Provide analytics and well documented recruiting reports to Recruitment Manager and others as appropriate
- Support all other recruiting programs such as recruitment marketing, referral programs, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, human resources or related discipline preferred
- Two years' full cycle recruiter experience required (Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates)
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing required
- Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems required
- Two years' experience working in human resources, compliance or other related fields preferred
- Knowledge/experience working in Microsoft Office and of HRIS systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required
- Effective problem solving and discernment skills required
- Exceptional collaboration skills and passion for identifying opportunities for improvement
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and frequent change
- Flexibility to support travel (approximately 25-50%) required
- Role is an in-office position, this role does not allow for work from home
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
