POSITION TITLE: Beauty Educator
PURPOSE:
The Beauty Educator is responsible for increasing brand's volume and productivity within a retailer by providing an exceptional in-store experience and education. The focus is educating and increasing brand awareness. The Beauty Educator will support many different brands and must maintain excellent in-store relationships while meeting and exceeding brand/ retailer goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • These job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with the needs of the business. Other duties maybe assigned as required.
  • Ability to educate retailer staff to ensure goals are achieved on a weekly basis by: welcoming, approaching and engaging the customer with enthusiasm, educating the consumer, product application (includes, but is not limited to: makeup, skin care, fragrance, and/or hair care), building clientele.
  • It is expected to regularly train retailer staff on brand's product and application tips, generate in-store events and communicate store and/or brand needs to corporate.
  • The Beauty Educator is to maintain the standard for Headkount and the brands that are being represented.
  • Accountable for attendance and timely arrival on a daily basis and complete the necessary tasks and duties on time.
  • It is expected this person will be a team player and to contribute to the success of the team by following direction, completing all in-store tasks, attend all educational trainings and actively participating in meeting sales goals and upholding brand standards.

  • Professional conduct in-store
  • Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications

OTHER:

  • Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
  • Must have a cell phone
  • Must be able to pass a background screen
  • Must have a flexible schedule to support brands needs. Must work weekends.
