Job description

Join the Revolution in Commercial Real Estate

We are seeking a super-motivated Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to work as a part of a small team and make a huge impact while learning about the commercial real estate industry.

About Us

We are a Seattle-based company driving meaningful adoption of our products between tenants and brokers. Finding space to lease is currently a highly cumbersome process, and there is little info available online. Landlords, brokers, and tenants are using outdated tools and processes. OfficeSpace.com is working to provide a suite of world-class products and services via web and mobile to make the commercial real estate industry more efficient.

About You

You have the kind of passion for life that spills over to your work. You thrive on making a direct impact and are driven by the opportunity to do something better than anyone else. You are an energetic person with superior phone skills. You are able to self motivate and are highly organized and can multi-task with the best of them. You believe in crossing all the 't's and dotting all the 'i's and do this all with ease. You are comfortable picking up the phone and making as many calls as it takes to achieve your goals.

You are smart, willing to roll up your sleeves to get stuff done, and are an effective communicator. You are happiest in a fast-paced environment with little red tape and the ability to make an immediate impact.

  • Work independently within a small team to sell services in an existing territory.
  • Identify, prospect and cold call into new companies and territories to meet sales goals.
  • Provide customer support to companies for their account management needs including helping to keep their data updated.
