Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.

Role & Responsibilities

• Performing C++ development
• Writing code & debugging code
• Doing cross platform extension-working on extending SDKs to work on IOS, Android or to work further up the stack on the platform side so working in Unity or Unreal
• Mix of collaboration & independent work
• 2/3 of the requirements will be clear but then will often have to figure out the rest by talking and collaborating with people
• Need to be able to work through ambiguity in a fast paced environment
• Work on the media side
• Cross platform with media in coding or decoding pipelines
• There is an AI system that takes inputs from a bunch of cameras that generate 3D things in real time, transports them out in media, and decodes them
• A lot of C++ level transport and coding, running AI models on some of outputs in this pipeline stage
• Some components are general purpose some are platform specific
• Need to take advantage of platform specific optimization

Required Qualifications

• 10 years' minimum experience in Software Development, Software Engineering, or Software Design
• C++ expertise
• Familiarity with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code
• Experience debugging with Visual Studio
• Experience with Git
• Product development experience
• Looking for product development experience on a team in an environment where you have these characteristics of source control; pulled requests, automated builds, unit test.
• Also looking for experience on teams where there is Peer Reviews and its NOT just a 1 man development show
• Unity Experience
• Experience in AR/VR/MR space
• Experience with real-time media on multiple platforms
• Coding or decoding pipelines
• C++ on multiple platforms such as mac and android would be ideal
• Ability to demonstrate that you can write multithreaded code or think about multithreaded code
• Desire and ability to work through ambiguity in fast paced environment

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with webrtc and/or cmake
