About our Company
Nik Palladino and Sam Bennett-Cumming built Phinney Ridge Painting together from the ground up. Best friends and teammates since their freshman year at Capital High School, Nik and Sam met at football practice, where Sam enjoyed repeatedly smashing Nik into the ground during plank drills (they will be happy to tell you the story).

The Work
Our carpentry team of 8-10 in-house carpenters works on both interior and exterior residential carpentry repair and restoration projects for our existing painting customers in preparation for our paint crews and also provides light constructions services in the form of deck, fence and structural repair and replacement.
Production Manager Duties
- Manage all carpentry production with a goal of continued growth of the carpentry division
- Provide initial training and ongoing oversight to all carpentry division employees, ensuring each is competent their required skill set and productive in their assigned role
- Hold the carpentry team to a high standard of work and ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Daily management of carpentry projects, field staff, production schedule and customer communication/updates
Requirements
- 5-10 years of residential construction experience
- 2-3 years field leadership experience
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to lift a 75 lb. ladder, haul lumber and lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, type and write in English, additional Spanish skills a bonus
Compensation Package
- $80,000-$100,000 salary DOE + Production Based Bonus program
- Full benefit package- medical, dental, vision
