Job description

A well-established, locally ownedand operated HVAC company is seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives tosupport their growing business. This is a temp to hire opportunity thatoffers paid on-the-job training, weekly pay and the ability to growyour skills.

This company has provided heating and cooling services to Puget sound residents for over 30 years.

As a Customer ServiceRepresentative you will answer phones, schedule appointments and maintaincustomer accounts.

Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:

  • Answer inbound service calls
  • Process new orders and returns
  • Provide order status updates to customers and installers
  • Perform data entry and maintain customer accounts
  • Respond to customers via email and online chat

You will be successful in this role ifyou are customer service orientated, enjoy problem solving and want to growyour skills in customer service

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm

    Customer Service Representative Requirements:

    • 1 year of recent customer service experience - call center a plus
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

    Pay: $18 - $20/hr., depending on experience
