We are a mid-sized SaaS company looking for a Director of Customer Experience to join our fast growing, ambitious team! We are a top provider of supply chain management, cloud-based solutions for the food industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and develop the Customer Experience team of 10 to increase customer value by setting clear and accountable performance measures.
Drive customer adoption of Salesforce and our Knowledge Base for case resolution
Drive process improvements to better engage and educate customers.
What You Need for this Position
10+ years experience in customer service
5+ years supervisory experience
SaaS background
Bachelors or Masters in Business Admin or related field
Google Workplace, Salesforce, MS Office knowledge
Good Verbal and Written Communication
