Although services are a bigger part of Apple's business than ever before, these teams remain small, nimble, and cross-functional, offering greater exposure to the array of opportunities here.Key Qualifications 5+ years of program management, product management, or equivalent experienceHigh-level of technical competency and experience collaborating "hands-on" with highly technical teamsExperience with software delivery lifecycle and release planningStrong relationship management and facilitation skills both within diverse engineering teams and cross functional organizationsProven self-starter, who is proactive and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear, concise and credible mannerUnderstanding of large scale distributed software systemsDescription The Platforms and Shared Services Program Management team serve a highly cross-functional role working on the foundational systems of our media products, including App Store, Apple Music, TV App, and more. We are looking for an experienced engineering/technical program manager to support the development of these systems, as well as larger software architecture initiatives. You will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle, whether it be helping develop functional requirements, getting into the detailed analysis, facilitating proofs-of-concept or QA, and tracking release management of multiple projects at once. You're someone who loves diving in to the detail as well as looking at the big picture, who is as comfortable in a detailed engineering discussion as presenting to executives. Strong fundamentals are a must, but you have more.
