Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Greet clients and answer telephones
  • Research background material, collect and evaluate data and confidential client information, prepare and update client reports
  • Organize and maintaining supplies
  • Prepare retirement analysis/projection reports and advise clients and management
  • Monitor and maintain databases including a CRM
  • Prepare portfolio reviews
  • Handle client communications, including coordination of meeting schedules, appointments and visitor scheduling
  • Assist with personal items: e.g. tax preparation, bookkeeping, appointments, travel arrangements

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 5+ years administrative experience or Bachelor's degree in related field and 2+ years administrative experience
  • Previous financial services experience preferred
  • Income Tax and/or Estate Planning knowledge desirable
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses desired or willingness to obtain within employer specified timeframe

Salary and benefits:

  • Salary commensurate with experience ($40,000-$55,000)
