Job description

Prime Team Partners is seeking an IT Security Analyst to perform vulnerability assessments. In this role you will review and Audit security compliance of a wide variety of business units and offices locally and across the United States. This position is remote, and travel is currently suspended through covid, but at some point in the future, up to 35% travel may be required.

The idea candidate has at least 8 years of experience performing IT Security Audit and Compliance and have some background in systems or network administration. The IT security analyst must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capability to work with senior IT managers and company executives when performing reviews and reporting findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
• 8+ years experience in IT Audit and/or Information Security
• Background in systems and network administration highly desirable
• Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance
• SOC2, ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, HIPAA a plus
• Identify key risks and controls, controls optimization, including the configuration of controls around security, and business processes across a wide-range of business environments.
• Ability to work independently (after 3-6 months training and learning the organization)
• Previous experience consulting or customer-facing highly desirable
