Positions Summary:

Marquee Commercial a hotel brokerage firm with offices in Scottsdale, Las Vegas and San Francisco. The firm is seeking to expand into multifamily brokerage. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience selling/brokering multifamily assets within the greater Phoenix/Maricopa County market. This position is focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily assets within the Arizona market. Daily activity will include conducting market research, tracking transactions, contacting current and past clients as well as prospecting new clients.

Requirements & Skills:

-* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.*

-Understand Excel

-Underwrite MF assets

-Ability to learn internal systems and databases

-Attend multiple quarterly and yearly conference that take place across the Country

-Be able to work in a high stress environment

-Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business

-Work long hours and meticulously track/research transactions

-Hold a real estate license

-Ability to travel frequently and with short notice

-Strong understanding of personal finance and money management

Job Types: Full-time, Commission/Independent contractor

Salary: $0 -$400,000

Pay: Up to $400,000.00 per year
