Job description
REAL ESTATE MANAGING BROKER
We are looking to hire an intelligent, results-driven real estate professional who is eager to challenge the traditional real estate model. This position will serve as leader for a team of in-office staff and outside field agents, and will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
*Must have an active real estate broker's license in Washington.
*Minimum 5+ years as an active real estate broker, including: writing contracts, contract negotiations, local market knowledge, and comparative market/home valuation analysis.
*5+ years of management experience with a proven track record of success and exceptional customer service including: Agent management, lead distribution, agent on and off boarding, and compliance management.
*Required experience in business planning and execution.
*BA/BS from a leading academic institution.
*Experience in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
*Occasional travel may be required.
*Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Great Plains is a plus.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
*Lead and manage the brokerage by setting the tone and work atmosphere; effectively communicate expectations while coordinating team efforts and step in to resolve conflict.
*Develop employee processes and delegate responsibilities and timelines for maximum optimization of employees' time.
*Recruit and Staff the office appropriately.
*Ensure all company policies, procedures and practices comply with applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations and represent business best practices.
*Generate continual reports to set and accomplish goals, manage budget, forecast, plan projects and provide regular and timely reporting on progress to the Regional Director of Operations.
*Ensure the brokerage is on track to meet its financial goals.
*Interact on a regular basis with the Regional Director of Operations, General Managers at other Redefy brokerages, and occasionally with Corporate Owners or designated corporate representatives.
*Manage and mitigate employee relations in order to resolve internal conflict.
*Problem solve to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
*Implement team conferences, training, and meetings to ensure cooperation across all brokerage lines.
