Responsibilities:

  • Primary duties to be successful is prospect and hunt for people to serve by building relationships and making an impact on your clients, your family and yourself
  • Willing and wanting to work hard and work smart
  • Work for success with follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM
  • Hold open houses regularly
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires: then find properties that meet those needs

Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license with 1-5 years of residential real estate experience, preferable, OR able and willing to obtain license
  • Knowledge of the Pacific NW residential market
  • Winning personality and positive attitude
  • Highly-motivated, competitive and a team player
  • High-tech and social media savvy, comfortable in the mobile-on-the-go and paperless world

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
