We are looking for a High Volume Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this impactful role you will find, attract, and close passive candidates with diverse skillsets. You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, hiring managers, and organizations to continue to grow the company and enhance a culture that cares deeply about it's people. How You'll Contribute

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to closing
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and serve as a thought partner
  • Operate as a talent researcher, identifying passive and diverse talent from a variety of creative sources
  • Serve as an advocate and guide for candidates throughout the recruiting process, deeply understanding the unique motivations, interests and needs of each candidate
  • Partner with Sourcers to find and attract candidates in a competitive market
  • Identify and design strategic initiatives to meet hiring goals
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and talent market data to guide your work and drive strategic conversations with hiring partners
  • Report data in a simple format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage the allocation, observe trends that could affect the ability to meet the demand, and create strategies to get back on track.
  • Monitor vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure we are consistent across the org with streamlining recruiting process from phone interview to onsite.
  • Utilize market data and trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
  • Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.
  • Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve the challenges.
  • Lead special projects/ recruiting initiatives
  • Participate in prebriefs, interviews, and debriefs

  • Robust experience identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent
  • Accountability for delivering outcomes. This includes following through, making and defending difficult decisions and tradeoffs, and driving collective progress
  • Collaborative mindset and great rapport-building skills with fellow team members, hiring partners, and candidates
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Experience using effective methods to source highly sought-after after talent
  • Ability to engage passive talent with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for and interest in belonging and inclusion
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience closing candidates and negotiating offers
  • 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of experience of managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships as well as building reports and utilizing a variety of recruiting plans and tools
  • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
