Job description

Job Summary:

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Required skills

• 4 + years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Creative Sourcing Techniques - Modern techniques
• Technical recruiting experience. Experienced Recruiting Software Dev Managers, Software Dev Engineers, Technical Project Managers

Preferred skills

• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Contact Management System/Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
