We are looking for an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our Finance recruiting team. This exciting opportunity also involves sourcing responsibilities. Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of scaling one of the fastest-growing startups globally. We need the brightest recruiting minds to match our rapidly expanding business needs while bringing the best and most diverse talent into the company. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.

This role is a 12-month temporary assignment. This role will be payrolled through a third-party staffing agency.

Responsibilities:
1. Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams across various time zones
2. Manage sourcing strategy for Finance, Accounting, Audit and Tax talent at all levels.
3. Support various hiring projects, such as strategic sourcing of the talent (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques), talent mapping, etc.
4. Identify and screen potential candidates for open positions globally.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree is required.
2. 1-2 years of relevant Recruiting Coordination & Sourcing experience either from the agency or in-house.
3. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
4. Great verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to details and ability to multitask
5. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Boolean search
