DESCRIPTION:
The Recruiting Process Manager (RPM) will partner with the Senior Recruiting Process Managers to support sourcing contingent workforce candidates across various job profiles for one of our largest clients. The RPM will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality and communication and must be a proactive business thinker with the ability to be both a strategist and hands-on implementer. This mid to senior level recruiter will tackle the intake, sourcing, interviewing and fast submission of candidates within a staffing, vendor management system environment. Maintaining and growing a strong candidate pool is essential to the success in this role. As part of the Point B Direct Team, the RPM must have exceptional attention to detail, be a team player, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to successfully deal with multiple priorities.

PRIORITIES:
Staffing quick to fill roles partnering with Sales Manager
Contingent Worker Candidate Management and Sourcing for Point B Direct
Recruiting Data Management and general recruiting activities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate Management
Manage contingent worker candidates throughout the recruiting process
Manage and engage talent pools to maintain relationships with prospects to watch
Evaluate and screen potential contingent hires and assist them through the interview and hiring process
Conduct resume screens, phone screens, and informational interviews
Facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to building the talent pool, as well as managing the interview and offer process
Support candidate record entry, management, and auditing
Collaboration and Client Communication
Establish and maintain relationships with Client hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs
Submit resumes and follow-up with Clients and candidates for active roles
Identify, raise, and manage resolution of issues
Data Management
Responsible for complete and accurate Lever records for candidates for pipeline reporting
Work with Point B Direct Sr. Recruiting Process Managers to track candidate pools and contingent workers through interview pipelines
Manage external job postings and intake candidates into the Point B Direct pipeline
Recruiting & Sourcing Strategy
Partner with Point B Direct Recruiting Process Managers to "divide and conquer" staffing roles to be fulfilled with contingent workers
Source and present strong candidates for various job profiles
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS:

Proven experience identifying quality pools of resources for specific skill sets
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to assess needs, request clarification as needed, and provide creative, resourceful solutions
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including internal, external, and remote staff; exceptional customer service focus
Effective at building networks and cultivating relationships

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
B.A. or B.S. degree required
3-5 years of relevant work experience required
2+ years relevant staffing recruiting experience (high volume client is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
2+ years working within a Vendor Management System (VMS)
Experience using an ATS (Lever preferred)
Previous recruiting and/or consulting experience required
Experience recruiting for enterprise level companies
Strong technology skills with working knowledge of MS Office products
