Job description

The IT Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting. This resource will be gathering requirements from hiring managers, educating managers on appropriate pay, putting together job description for posting online, and vetting applicants (or candidates found on Linkedin). A Recruiting Coordinator will help with scheduling interviews with the hiring managers/teams. The IT Recruiter will gather feedback from the hiring manager and make offers/negotiate salary with candidates on behalf of the hiring managers. Smart Recruiter is the tool used for applicant tracking, scheduling, and paperwork. Paperwork is not the responsibility of the IT Recruiter. Personal hardware and phone is required of the IT Recruiter. PayScale provides licenses for LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack, and Zoom. This resource will be working on 7-9 reqs at any given time.

Minimum Requirements

6 months+ of experience sourcing for IT roles (agency or internal)

Confident gathering technical requirements from IT leaders

Effective communicator and reliable

Ability to think critically and pivot as needed

Desired Skills

Familiar with Smart Recruiter tool (applicant tracking)
