SUMMARY: The Showroom Sales Consultant serves individual customers by providing information, consultation, and assistance in selecting the perfect mattress. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Provides key customer support and consultation. * Assisting showroom customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise. * Completes sales transactions. * Takes telephone orders and processes transactions. * Enters product information into database system for inventory tracking. * EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Sales or customer service experience desired but not required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Superior phone, organization, multitasking, and customer service skills. Ability to read and comprehend simple written or verbal instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees. Computer skills: Basic Internet use and ability to learn POS system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
