You will independently deliver high quality solutions and actively build key client relationships.You will work with the top Fortune 500 Financial Institutions to envision new products, define domain blueprints and roadmaps, redefine experiences and processes, monetize data, modernize payments infrastructure, and drive innovation.You will have the opportunity to develop and leverage your industry experiences and relationships to bring innovative ideas and insightful perspectives to life and become established as a thought leader in the industry.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in the Financial Services industry with a broad understanding of Wholesale Banking or Transaction Banking business, technology and operations including knowledge of products and intermediary service providers, with substantial experience in one or more product lines in wholesale banking.Basic qualifications:Strong experience in one or more wholesale banking domain areas, including Commercial Lending and Leasing, Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Trade Services, Trade Finance, and Commercial CardsA broad understanding of the end-to-end product processing life cycle coupled with deep experience in specific areas such as onboarding, digital channels, data-driven insights, credit, product development, and marketing7+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience for MBA graduates, either in management consulting or directly at Banks, Banking Product Vendors and FinTechs.Bachelor's degree or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience working on and delivering business/product transformation initiatives in banking Experience working with or on one or more industry-leading platforms for Commercial Loan Origination and Servicing, Trade Finance, Customer Onboarding, CRM, etc.Working knowledge of Design ThinkingMBA or equivalent advanced degreeGeneral Information This job description may not cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties and responsibilities that are required of the employeeEOE: Minorities / female / disability / veteran / sexual orientation / gender identity / national origin
