Senior Technical Recruiter

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Partnering with Senior Leaders to build world class Talent Acquisition strategies across geographically disbursed teams
  • Developing and driving bold hiring initiatives to directly impact the long-range growth of the company, while implementing new processes and fine tuning SOPs to deliver the best candidate experience possible
  • Working with hiring managers to effectively offer, close, and onboard top tier talent.
  • Leading team participation in sourcing projects & recruiting initiatives including, but not limited to, meet-ups; tech events; conferences.
  • Setting the professional tone and pace within the team while focusing on direct mentorship of junior team members.

WHAT A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE:

  • You are resilient, have grit and get things done. We appreciate people who don't overcomplicate things, have a bias for action, can think strategically but know how tactics will land operationally.
  • It's in your DNA to work hard, to be detailed, to think two steps ahead and to be aware of any pro's and con's of decisions you make downstream.
  • You've worked in a fast paced, tech environment, understand urgency and thrive in ambiguity.

QUALIFICATONS:

  • 4+ years of experience closing candidates and negotiating offers
  • 6+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive technical recruiting experience
  • 4+ years of experience of managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships as well as building reports and utilizing a variety of recruiting plans and tools
  • MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
