I am the President of International Operations & various US states for World Competition Consultants (WCC). WCC was established about 20-years ago and has been very successful in selected geographic regions but currently we are decentralizing our operations and expanding throughout the US & internationally. I am looking for energetic professionals to assist us in developing our business in select states. Additionally, qualified individuals will be given the opportunity of consultancy/advisory roles on projects as the need arise.
The basic management consulting services that we'll offer at WCC are:

• Operational Excellence / Lean Transformations: Eliminating "Waste" from your Operational & Transactional processes. Achieving cost reductions throughout the end-to-end supply chain, external & internal. We will guarantee our clients a ROI of 300%. That's a key differentiator.

• Business Turnaround: Identifying & implementing the successful incremental steps to correct deteriorating financial performance. We have the people to assist you, or take total control. We can make you competitive with low-cost manufacturing countries.

• Business Transformation: Making fundamental, profound changes in how your business is conducted in order to help cope with a shift in external and/or internal drivers; e.g. eroding profit margins, increasing cost competitiveness, changing customer expectations, challenging market landscape, global politics & economics, etc.

• Factory Moves or Consolidations: Preparation & Management of your factory move or consolidation. Outsourcing, offshoring & onshoring analysis, planning & execution.

• Operational Due Diligence : assessment for a potential mergers and/or acquisitions

Our business-model allows us to quickly scale our services to meet your requirements. Our leadership team utilizes industry-practitioners who are Subject-Matter-Experts (SMEs) in their field. Our resource-pool is boundless. We are not limited to a small-pool of "traditional" consultants as we have access to some of the best SMEs worldwide.

At WCC; they're two types of positions that I can offer. Both positions are independent consultancy roles which mean that you receive no salary but you are paid a daily rate for any consultancy work that you performed at a client's site. You will be reimbursed for any travel costs, etc. associated with client work. There are no company benefits & you are responsible for your own taxes, etc.
The first role is a "pool" consultancy role which means that when a project is sold, we'll align the requirements of the project with the skillsets of our "pool" of resources. Pool consultants would receive a daily rate of $900/day. We'll always try to staff a project with consultants residing in that country but we will use consultants from elsewhere as needed. If you're offer a project role, you'll have the right to accept or reject based on your availability, etc. And we'll do a simple employment contract on a project-by-project basis. And since this work may not necessarily be fulltime, you are welcome to retain any business that you current have or may obtain in the future. Also, we recently added another revenue opportunity for pool consultants; for any solid lead that you provide me which to leads to a successful Sale, we will give you a finder's fee of US$1000.
We, also, have a business development role of which we'll pay you a US$1000 onetime finder's fee for every new client that you introduce us to, that we enter a consulting agreement with; and we'll pay you a 10% commission on all consultancy labor utilized. And this 10% will apply for all future work with that particular client (regardless of who actually makes the sale). Additionally, you would receive a daily-rate of $1000~1200/day for each day of chargeable consultancy work that you do. I will personally assist you on sales as needed.
