Job description
PM&A is seeking a Design Project Manager in the telecommunications industry with experience working with AT&T . This role is remote , but we require candidates be located in the Pacific Northwest Region and be able to perform Site Walks in the region. Additionally, this role requires proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications
· Telecommunications design & engineering experience required
· Experience working on projects for AT&T required
· Able to preform outdoor site walks in all weather conditions
· 2+ years of direct AutoCAD and construction drawing preparation
· Ability to learn and retain new knowledge
· Understanding of antennas, fiber, carrier services, and other wireless equipment preferred
· Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly and effectively
· Self-starter with desire and ability to learn and retain knowledge
· Team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
· Excellent organizational, data management, and tracking skills
Essential Job Functions
· Able to multitask well, manage multiple projects in various stages
· Excellent communication, electronically and in person
· Must be comfortable working in 2D AutoCAD for the majority of a day
· Willing to put in extra hours when needed, but also enjoy the shorter hours when available
· Mange projects a-z independently , while also delegating aspects of the project to team members both local & remote
· Understand and strictly adhere to established customer quality requirements without deviation
· AUTOCAD experience and the ability to pass an AutoCAD test is required
